Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, off-roading, or similar hazardous actions is prohibited. Transporting dangerous materials, sub-letting to unauthorized persons, or permitting unapproved drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding weight or passenger limits, and venturing outside designated geographical areas without prior consent are also violations of our terms.
Violation of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Kilburn Car Hire accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent acts.
