Damage resulting from negligence or misuse will remain your responsibility, regardless of insurance status.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges. It’s important to familiarize yourself with these terms to avoid unexpected fees.

Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities. Engaging in racing, off-road driving, or other dangerous maneuvers is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to unauthorized individuals is not allowed. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should not be used for purposes beyond its intended design, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded.
